Some of the furniture items that we make are produced in larger batches to accommodate demand. The Buoy, floating nightstand, is one of those projects. Making furniture in batches is an excellent way to become really intimate with a product and how it is intended to function.
I think that is why our Buoy nightstand has become so popular. There isn't a need it doesn't fulfill! When we set out to design any piece of furniture for our collection it all starts with value and function. We really want to give you the best bang for your buck without compromising our ideologies.
It is hard to appreciate the hard work that goes into making each and every piece but we sweat, worry and focus hard on the tasks at hand. There are roughly 30 steps that go into producing the Buoy nightstand and each step is as important as the next.
Needless to say, we just completed a batch of our Buoy nightstands in Large, Standard and the new Stretch size. Here is a shot of them near the end of their production and ready for the final stage; drawer box installation. If you are looking for a floating nightstand, take a look at our Buoy which is available in a variety of finishes and materials.
